Committee Member Incentives

This is the time of year that we like to put a focus on recruiting new NWTF volunteers to help with your chapter committees. 

The Wisconsin State Chapter NWTF has once again invested dollars in helping your local NWTF chapters to “Build the Flock”.  The program last year was very successful and we added many new NWTF volunteers statewide.  Excellent job to all chapters for your great recruitment efforts!!! 

 Let’s take full advantage of the program again this year.  Here’s how this year’s NWTF Wisconsin “Building the Flock” program works…

Please email your regional director the names, phone numbers, and email addresses for any new recruited NWTF volunteers (anyone since February 1st, 2017).
Your RD will enter both you and the person you recruited into a drawing to win prizes (65 quart YETI Tundra coolers and Fausti o/u shotguns).

One Fausti shotgun will be given away to a winning recruiter in the state, and one Fausti shotgun will be given away to a winning new volunteer in the state.
One YETI Tundra cooler will be given away per RD region to a winning recruiter, and one YETI Tundra cooler will be given away per RD region to a winning new volunteer.
The “Building the Flock” drawings will be at the 2018 NWTF Wisconsin State Convention on Saturday January 27, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Stevens Point – Convention Center.  Mark your calendars now to attend the state convention in Stevens Point!!!
 
If you have names, addresses, and emails for new chapter volunteers since February 17, 2017, please send that information to me as soon as possible.  I’m working on updating our records for recruitment now.
 
Also, if your chapter would like to host a recruitment event this summer, please let me know.  I am always happy to help with chapter recruitment.  Like I mentioned before, this is a great time of the year to “Build the Flock”!
