Bob Putney-First WI State Chapter President of the Board of Directors was active on the State Board for many years.
Jim Cahill-Author of original NWTF Wisconsin constitution and former State President of the WI Board of Directors.
Bill Hay-Former National Board Member from WI and past State President and Board member.
Charley Burke-State of Wisconsin’s original NWTF Regional Director and served for ~40 years.
Bill Torhorst-Former National Board President from WI and past State Board Member.
Jerry & Lois Harvey-WI State Board Member for 25+years. State board committee chair and NWTF National Roger Latham Award recipient.
Greg Shermo-WI State Board Member for 25+years, served as State President for 9 yrs.
Dave Constantine-State Artist with multiple wins at the National call making contest.
Earl Duckett-State and National Chair of Call Making Contest. Former WI State Board Treasurer, Board member and NWTF National Roger Latham Award recipient.
Karyl Utke-First Women In The Outdoor NWTF National coordinator.
Tom Muench-Cheese Ambassador for the State of WI at the National Convention and the editor of The Quill and first NWTF National Roger Latham Award recipient.
Gary Muench-Cheese Ambassador for the State at the National Convention and originator of the State buttons.
Tom Berenz-Former National Board Member from WI and past State Board member.
Dave Davis-Former WI State member who was the treasurer who set up accounting and budget.
Mike & Coleen Skaife-Former WI State Board member and ran the state calling contest.
Larry Hoyer-Former Local Chapter President and worked closely with the call making competition.
2024
Jim & Darlene Groenier-Lifetime volunteers, donors and call makers. Donated many calls and time to the NWTF
Keith Warnke-Former DNR, biologist and manager for turkeys. Involved in the Turkey Hunters Education Program
Lutzen Family (Jim, Dale and Dan)-Heavily involved with their local chapter. Ran one of the largest Wheeling Sportman's Events in the state.
Terry & Deb Welch-Active in Glacial Valley Gobblers and WITO Program. Deb is a founding member of WITO chapter and Terry is famous for his outdoor open fire cooking class he puts on.
2025
Bill Alber-Coordinated Mad City Gobblers Turkey Hunters Care for many years, the largest program of its kind in nation.
Brian Dalsing-Involved with many local chapters including founder of Tri-State Gobblers, State Board of Directors and National President's Volunteer Advisory Counsil member.
Joe Dudley- 90 years old and still active in the Lake Country Longbeards as Banquet and Ticket Chairman.
Jim Farmington- Dedicated volunteer in the NWTF and Member of the River Valley Chapter. Helped local DNR and Law Enforcement Agencies.
Jack Wendler- Member of Puchyan Longbeards for 33 years, supported youth program and community projects.
2026
Diana Hayes, Linda Schmidtke & Ruby Thomas—Started the first WITO event. The first event they had 25 women
Jeff Frederick—Long time turkey caller from Wisconsin, has won about 12 Wisconsin state titles and involved with local chapters.
Doug & Brenda Hillskotter—Both have been either a past member of the Wisconsin State Board or is presently a State Board member, longtime State Convention Hospitality Hosts and leaders of the Waupaca Chapter
Alan May—Has abeen an active member of the NWTF for 35 years. Has been involved with the Gateway Gobblers and currently the Wisconsin State President.
