Congratulations to Sam Kramer from the Bluff Country Long Spurts chapter.  Sam is the 2nd place winner of the 2026 Wisconsin State Chapter scholarship competition.  He was recognized for his accomplishments and awarded a check for $1000 from Wisconsin NWTF Board of Directors members Brian Dalsing and Sam Neisius.
